I have recently won these two gorgeous images on ebay. These are two posters that were displayed on a garage wall to show case the two cars, these also come with original photos of the silver capri and the gold capri being driven on a test drive.I am looking forward to seeing Bodie leaning on the car in poster form.....yum.

Why don't Ford make Escorts and Capris any more? The wide boy cars we all loved?

Modern cars are terribly boring, in the main.

And I've wondered about Doyle's gun technique myself - he often waves them about like a lace hanky!

yes the cars were so much stylish back then and a little piece of info, whilst in Devon i wore a t shirt with Bodie's silver capri on it and i got more interaction about the car than the actual programme though i did speak to a couple of people regards the acting etc.

Devon was beautiful thankyou and i'm glad that is Doyle waving his gun around and not Bodie.

Bodie never waves his gun around (even when he 'dropped' it - it wasn't actually him that dropped it - if I recall - it fell out of the holster...).

And I love the idea of you walking round in a T-shirt with Bodie's Capri on it !

i own quite a few t shirts but the one i referred to was a recent purchase. I has the professionals logo on the front with the capri splashed along the side of it.I also wore one with Bodie on the front and that was a recent purchase too.
