He's tough and wirey here - what's the timings of these? About 1980? One thing that struck me about the jungle films (Yes, I watched them all) is how big he got.

I think he looks perfect here at around the time that you stated and in his later films I think it was pure muscle definitely not over weight either way he looks good.

i think he looks perfect..and extremely fit , especially in his army fatigues which these are two of my favourite examples.

yes he does, he looks soo good in his army fatigues and these are from the new blu ray dvd's , these happen to be two of my favourites.
