Do you know about the different security settings? You can first select private so only you can see your post and then, if you're happy with it, you can change the setting to public.

i am often doing this, i postcsomething and then just as quickly remove it especially when the post in question relates to Martin...a lack of self confidence or is it trust or self belief.
