I have got to give a little mention to this DVD that i have recently purchased. It may not appeal to everyone but for me it does because Lewis narrates this documentary, his voice not only captures you , it draws you in and keeps you there, hanging on to every word that he says. I have never heard him talk for such long periods even when giving an interview so this is a joy just to listen to what he has to say and more importantly just to hear him which is a dream in it's own right.

He does have a really beautiful voice. One of the scenes I love listening to him is when he's trying to show Frances, in Hiding to Nothing, that her boyfriend's a complete imposter.

yes i know the scene which you refer to, his voice has this tendancy to draw you in which is why i enjoyed listening to him narrate this dvd , i will enjoy it even if i can only hear him.

Oh well done on purchasing this DVD. Lewis' voice is very appealing, it's true, and he's able to modulate it very well, depending on the context and circumstances of the scene

thankyou, yes it's so lovely just to hear him talk and in my opinion there is only one man equiped to narrate this documentary. His voice is so appealing and for me just a dream to listen to.
