Where Is Bodie ?

After watching the episode "Killer With A Long Arm" recently, this scene always has me thinking.



Where is Bodie while Doyle is back in Mr Cowley's office at night discussing the gun because when Mr Cowley looks through his window it is dark outside. Has Bodie gone home or is he waiting for Doyle in the rest room? and finally i wonder if Mr Cowley has a fetish for telephones, how many telephones does he need *g* and i wonder what the trophy is for in the cabinet behind Doyle.

(And thank goodness everything is back where it should be)

They are discussing a gun without Bodie ? I can't imagine Bodie is waitimg in the rest room, he would be with his partner.

Already at home, after grocery shopping and waiting for Doyle to come home and to watch the match on telly with him. That's my guess.

Well, maybe Bodie had to use the loo.

As for the phones, my guess is that the red one is for the minister, the black one is for bad news, the white one is for the official line, and the last one is for the private line. Maybe his housekeeper uses it to tell him when dinner is ready.

The trophy could be one for golf. We see him in Weekend in the Country playing golf.

Yes that's what i though, so where is he.

He will probably need an update from Doyle on what has been discussed in his abscence when Doyle gets home.

That could be one of the reasons why he isn't in this scene.
I do love your take on the telephones and the one about his housekeeper ringing him to say his dinner is ready is priceless, if only *g*
